Dudly’s Professional Services, LLC (DPS) is a certified minority woman owned business located in South Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. DPS has been providing Community Outreach, Administrative Support, Small Business Certification Preparation, and Government Relations for companies within the construction industry since 2010. 

DPS Prime Projects include successful collaborations with the City of North Miami CRA, the City of North Miami Beach CRA, the Dixie Highway Segment 1 Surtax-funded project, Café 601 Restaurant & Lounge at the former AmericanAirlines Arena, the FTX Arena Roofing Renovation, the Broward County Convention Center & Hotel, North Miami Elementary School, Meadowlane Elementary School, and various other public-school projects. Currently, DPS is engaged in the Kaseya Arena Capital Improvements, the Kaseya Scoreboard installation, the Dixie Highway Segment 2 Surtax-funded project, and multiple initiatives for public school boards projects.

DPS Special Projects specializes in the development and strategic planning for small businesses. We assist clients in preparing for small business certifications and create tailored business development plans designed to support their unique growth and success.

DPS has extensive experience working within both the private and public sectors, with over 80% of our projects being government related. We possess a deep understanding of the processes, procedures, and reporting requirements associated with government contracts.
